A: Where do you ship from and to?

Q: Our DVDs are being distributed by our friends from Coccozella.com. They ship from Canada to almost anywhere in the world.

A: What are NTSC and PAL?

Q: NTSC is the video format used in the USA, Canada and Japan. PAL is the video format used in Europe, Australia, etc. So if you for example live in the USA, order your DVDs or videos in the NTSC format. If you live in Europe, order your DVDs or videos in the PAL format. The Miami DVDs are only available in NTSC, but most European DVD players will be able to play them (check your manual).

A: Do you accept cash or money orders?

Q: Yes, just use the shopping cart until you have all your selections picked. You will be able to choose cash/money order instead of credit card and a special page will be generated you can print out and mail to us with your payment. Euros and Canadian Dollars accepted at par (dollar for dollar) if sent from the corresponding countries.

A: Do your DVDs play in my DVD player?

Q: Our DVDs are made in the DVD-R format. Almost all new DVD players will play these without problems, only some older DVD players can't play the DVD-R format. Please check your manual.

A: Are the DVDs sent in plain packaging?

Q: Yes, they are sent in unmarked packaging

A: What is the shipping time?

Q: Our distributor normally ships within 3 days with standard first-class airmail, and the expected shipping time depends on your location, but is normally within 2 weeks.
